Q: I have a EEG product that seems to be not working properly. What should I do?
A. Customers that bought their products from EEG, and it seems to be not working properly, please let EEG know in advance, EEG will figure out the true causes. Furthermore, EEG will enter an order for the replacement or send the spare parts for replacement. The freight charges will be paid by EEG.

Q: What are the color temperature stability, CRI of the LEDs used in EEG products?
A. EEG company selectively choose only top quality LED direct manufacturers and trustworthy suppliers for high quality LEDs that meet the desired or required design specifications for each product. Only LEDs that consistently and accurately perform according to the specifications for the product are procured for use in the lamps and luminaires.

Q: Whose chips are being used in EEG products and how about the lumen output?
A: EEG uses different LED chips from Epistar, Nichia, and Cree for different applications, based on the needs, looks, and requirements for the particular product. Lumen output is of course a function of the type and quantity (if more than one) of LED chip being used. Please refer to the specification sheet for the desired product for the expected lamp/luminaire Lumen output.

Q: Does EEG have strict limit on MOQ?
A. For the first order, we have no limit for the quantity. but from the second order, the MOQ is 50pcs.

Q: How about the payment terms and lead time of EEG?
A. We accept T/T, Western Union. both sides share bank charges. the lead time of sample order will be 7-10 days after receipt the payment., formal order will be 12-15 days.

Q:How about the warranty policy of EEG ?
A. Limited Warranty. EEG warrants that all products will i) be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service and ii) comply with the specifications for a period of following date of arrival of products to buyer (the Warranty Period)
B. Repairs during the Warranty Period. During the warranty period, EEG will at its option and at its expense (i) replace such defective products, (ii) fix and repair such defective products. When such defective product is identified, buyer should inform EEG about it and ship it back to EEG at the expense of EEG. EEG will ship replacement product or repaired product to buyer as soon as possible
C. Repair after Warranty. After the warranty period has expired, if needed, EEG will continue to provide repair services for the product, but buyer should pay for parts and labor for repair services
D. Limitation on Warranty. EEG’s warranty does not cover the cost of any services required for the replacement of defective product with good product at site of installation. EEG has no obligation under the warranty in the following circumstances: The defect is a result of misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, acts of God, or use not in accordance with a) the specifications, b) the instructions contained in the technical documentation.
